The Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® to provide Lone Wolf transaction solutions as benefits.
Members will have uninterrupted access to a leading transaction tool and its mobile app
CAMBRIDGE, ON and DALLAS, TX - January 11, 2022 - The Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the oldest real estate trade association in America announced that it will be providing Transactions (zipForm Edition) and zipForm® Mobile from Lone Wolf Technologies ("Lone Wolf") as benefits to its 11,000+ REALTOR® members, effective January 1, 2022.
With Transactions (zipForm Edition) ending as a national member benefit at the end of 2021, the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®, a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board has opted to provide their membership with uninterrupted service to the product. Transactions (zipForm Edition) is preloaded with forms and checklists and offers digital contract execution, cloud storage, and MLS listing imports. Additionally, the association is providing zipForm® Mobile as a companion benefit, which enables real estate professionals to bring their most-needed transaction management tools with them on the go.
"This announcement is thrilling for us, as it comes out of a longstanding and trusted partnership with the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®," said Lisa Mihelcich, General Manager of Associations at Lone Wolf. "We're also thrilled for their members - It can be difficult for real estate professionals to adapt to new solutions once they have worked a preferred tool into their daily workflow, and the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® has eliminated the need for their membership to do so. Members can move forward into 2022 without the encumbrance of having to learn a new system and can simply focus on business at hand."
Lone Wolf's mission is to simplify real estate for agents, brokers, and consumers, providing digital solutions for each step of the real estate process. With 2021's year of great growth for Lone Wolf, the company's mission for the new year is to make conducting real estate business digitally even easier, so that real estate professionals are supported at each step of the process in building their businesses and nurturing customer relationships.
"We are excited to start 2022 by being able to provide our members with a solution that they are already familiar with," said John Dulczewski, Executive Vice President of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®, the residential division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. "Delivering tools that they know and trust to support their business and serve their customers is part of our mission to help our members achieve success."
